Candidate must be kind, loving, intelligent, patient, curious, intuitive, committed to personal self-care, and with extensive experience and developmental knowledge of 4 to 7-year-olds with a formal early education degree, safety training beyond the basics, and proficiency with communication, organization and digital tools.
Tantamount to them is love, safety and a healthy, nurturing dynamic (both for their son, with their full-time nanny and with them)—and now with COVID-19, we’re working to put some structure and activity to what our son has missed and will be missing likely for the remainder of the year. The ability to teach another language, swim, and/or an instrument a huge plus. As food and health are central to our home, experience cooking vegan and general nutritional tenets is important. Overall, you are positive, grateful, optimistic, question before assuming, get way ahead of something that could compound or build-up, are perceptive and empathic, and the world’s cup is half-full.
Salary DOE, guaranteed for 3 days regardless of whether you work, Travel per diem $100/day, and Health Benefits.
