More and more frequently families are seeking help with their “nanny quest” from Nanny Stella and her team. Nanny Stella is not a “nanny agency” per se, Nanny Stella is a parent and nanny coach, matching families and nannies is an extension of those services. Stella knows the nanny world, she started out as a nanny 28 years ago and has been referring in some capacity for over 20 years. As someone who has worked in the field and herself a parent, she is able to understand the unique needs of each family and nanny ensuring great outcomes with matchmaking. She knows that success is ultimately about human behavior, it is the blend of personalities and timing, finding the right candidate for the right family at the right time. Knowing the candidate’s story beyond the salary requirements and the job criteria plays a huge part in deciding if that person is a fit for the family and their lifestyle. Stella aims to ensure that the matchmaking process enhances the lives of families and nannies alike.
